About this deal

Hopefully, this article inspires you to purchase a few disposable cameras and toss them in your bag for whenever you get the urge to shoot some film!

New: A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item in original retail packaging (where packaging . They are also great if you are new to film and want to start dipping your toes into the analog world. It’s made for non-photographers, vacationers, first-time film shooters, and even experienced shooters looking to simplify their kit. A camera that needs no introduction, we have known it since we are little, and probably for many it was the camera that allowed the first contact with photography. As we mentioned before, the film this disposable camera carries is a Kodak UltraMax with ISO 800, which is essentially what makes this camera. This disposable camera from Kodak is a single use camera loaded with 800 ISO film for 27 photos PLUS 12 for free! This camera has a range of 4 feet to 11 feet when taking up close images, but also works beautiful when taking landscape images! Of course, these aren’t as popular with everyone having a camera on their phone, but we are seeing a resurgence in the disposable camera popularity. Do not expect to capture scenes with a lot of movement, since this requires speeds of at least 1/500 sec, that is, two steps above what you have.

I’ve shot both on multiple occasions, and, today, we are talking about these two cameras to give you a better understanding of which brand will best suit your disposable camera needs. The Kodak FunSaver is like all single-use cameras with a simple plastic lens, manual film advance, and 27 exposures. You’ll have a better range for how much light you need to shoot, giving you more location options both inside and outside. As you can see, the functions are almost point and shoot, since there are not many turns to go, you only have one speed and a single aperture. But without a doubt it is its limitations that make it fun to use, not to mention that its usefulness has evolved over time.

I see moderate pincushion distortion and color fringing along the sides between high contrast areas. The DarkRoom will send them to a recycling facility to recover much of the materials At first glance, the FunSaver looks like a toy. The images in this post that were taken at the beach were done by my professional lab and the ones taken in the city were self-developed!Mirrorless System Lenses Canon RF Lenses Fujifilm X Mount Lenses Nikon Z Lenses Sony E Mount Lenses Sony G Master Lenses L Mount Lenses Micro Four Thirds Lenses Canon EF-M Lenses There isn’t anything particularly special about the Kodak FunSaver. You press the flash button on the front until the red light on top of the camera comes on, then take your shot. And one of the things I love about both cameras is that they both have the instructions on the back of the actual camera. I’ve found that both disposable cameras do well with landscapes, very similarly to the Instax Wide 300.

When shooting it in broad daylight in a place with a lot of details (such as the beach), this is where I find the Kodak FunSaver really shines! These little cameras are popular at weddings where the guests are encouraged to pick them up and start shooting, especially after the liquor starts to flow, then turn them in to the hosts before going home so the newlywed couple can get them developed and have some laughs later on. Despite being the most common and cheapest of the cameras we reviewed, the Kodak Disposable Camera performed best.
